“I ordered a few new refills for a Montegrappa rollerball pen. They were incredibly quickly sent out the same day and arrived the very next day. Sadly I ordered the wrong size of refill but Jon of the Hamilton Pen Company was incredibly professional and helpful in recommending a replacement which he sent out immediately with a pre paid envelope for the return of the original refills. I could not have asked for a more speedy, professional and superb service. Truly fast and efficient and my refund returned immediately. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.”

“It was just a clip for a fish space pen. 'Just'? The previous original clip, 20 years old decided it had HAD enough and retired to the spare bits of metal basket. Unfortunately for me that clip was necessary to hold it into my 30-year-old mini Filofax that I use as a wallet. Long story right without my pen falling out every opportunity I was very grateful that the new clip from hamilton pen Company arrived swiftly. It even seems better than the old one but that's hard to tell because the old one is gone. Long story short, full marks, thank you guys:-)”

“You only get to find out how good a company are when you have a problem. I purchased an Esterbrook Estie from Hamilton pens which I wasn't happy with (the problem was with the pen itself) Hamilton Pens accepted the pen for return without issue and sent me a replacement. There was no faff, no issue just smooth first class service. I will undoubtedly be buying from Hamilton Pens in the future and will do so without hesitation. I'll leave you to decide if this is recommendation enough...”
