“Fast efficient service from Hamilton, as always. I bought a couple of the Lamy Safari Rollerball pens. I like rollerballs, and I really like the feel and love the look of the Lamy Safari. I just wish Lamy did a fine point rollerball cartridge.”

“I have purchased a Platignum ink converter for my Platignum studio fountain pen which was a gift. I’ve not used it yet, as I previously bought two packs of ink cartridges from elsewhere. Discovering the Hamilton Pen Company, was a god send, I had to wait for the item to be restocked. Once in, delivery was prompt. Definitely a place to shop from for future purchases.”

“Dear All! I have purchased D1 refills from the Hamilton pen company, with no problems. I would have no problems in using this company again. The delivery was quick with the exception of black refills. But that was due to a world shortage of Black ink refills. Regards Colin”

“When one finds it difficult to think what to say its usually because everything went really well. That is certainly the case on this occasion. After browsing online we identified the pen we wished to buy on the Hamilton wbesite at a competive price and pressed the button. The pen arrived by registered post a few days later and it was exactly what we wanted. The pen is a gift which has yet to be presented so I can't really comment apart from that it looks really nice in its presenation box.”

“Service and product all great. Delivery really fast. However, I am wondering why I am not allowed to order more than 2 refills of the same type at a time? I have a number of Caran d'Ache pens scattered around the house and in various bags; as they were all purchased at the same time, they tend to run out at the same time and it would be helpful to buy, say, half a dozen at a time. “whilst you helped and realised a problem occurred with my Kaweco with the e part you supplied I cannot take in that they didn't allow for this inside the dimensions required So they rectified a problem and creating another. German engineering huh!”

“I bought a lovely blue Cross pen which is nice to write with. Unfortunately, ink cartridges for the pen are not available on the website. I've had to buy these elsewhere and I think they are not genuine Cross cartridges.”
