“Dealing with The Hamilton Pen Company was a pleasure. The order processing and dispatch was fast. Due to the global situation the post service had not delivered the fountain pen some twenty days after ordering it, so I sent an email asking for support; the reply came the next day with the tracking number and the link from my country's post office service. When I received the fountain pen (it took a little over a month), it was packed safely (which is crucial when such an item is traveling across Europe), with the invoice and an alcohol wipe (which is thoughtful). The fountain pen was as ordered (nib, cartridge, box). In all fairness, it was a very positive experience. I would gladly recommend The Hamilton Pen Company to anyone reading this!”
