“I was so impressed with this company. I wish I had found them years ago. The gentleman I spoke to could not do enough to help and advise me, I was so grateful. Everything I receive them via email is perfectly clear, immediate (no waiting to find out what is happening) together with information all along the way. The company website is clear and easy to use. I'm sorry you felt it necessary to post a poor review over something that is beyond our control. We are experiencing a large volume of delayed packages as Royal Mail struggle to maintain their service during the Coronavirus pandemic. They have just released a new update advising of further cutbacks in service as they lose more and more personnel to self isolation whilst struggling to meet increased demand from a surge in on-line ordering.
