“Love the website, very user friendly. Stock very good for what I am looking for. £15.95 shipping for a very poor tracked and signed for service - only tracks in UK, no tracking at all provided by Australia Post...even USPS FCPIS, their standard service, tracks in Australia. Need to consider a non tracked service for about £6? particularly on fairly low value orders. Your main online competitors offer standard non tracked shipping. Will use again if standard shipping is offered.”

“Nice pen. Delivery took 8 days. I was about to call the company when I got in from work to ask where my pen was. It was on the mat when I got home so no need.”

Hi Marilyn, Apologies for the delay. This was an issue with Royal Mail and the influx in deliveries due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We're glad it got to you eventually. Usually orders are with customers within 1-2 days so we were disappointed too to hear of some delays. Thank you for shopping with us and leaving your feedback :)
