“I bought a lovely blue Cross pen which is nice to write with. Unfortunately, ink cartridges for the pen are not available on the website. I've had to buy these elsewhere and I think they are not genuine Cross cartridges.”

“I ordered Pilot G-Tec-C4 pens in various colours which were ordered without any fuss and bother and delivered promptly by Royal Mail. These are my favourite pens and almost impossible to find in the colours I wanted. It was a delight to find The Hamilton Pen Company with such a wide range”

Hi Karen I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase, our listing does state that the pen comes supplied with a blue ink refill. The pen you purchased was advertised as a black pen which is what it was, the colour refers to the pen, not to the ink. If you contact us we can exchange the refill for you. Kind regards Nigel
