We live in Northwest Arkansas and don’t have access to fresh Hatch green chile, so we order the frozen green chile and it’s great, The Hatch Chile Store has been great to deal with and promptly takes care of any issues we may have, we pay for next day delivery but it actually takes two to three days to receive it, this is my only complaint

In our first-ever delivery of salsa from this vendor, one jar (of two shipped together) was found to be unsealed. I notified the store and within 2 days they responded with a message notifying me that they would replace the item. A few days later, I unexpectedly received replacement of BOTH items in that shipment. The salsa is excellent and the customer service couldn't be better.
