We tried the chili rellenos and they are awesome. We owned a Mexican restaurant and are “rellenos snobs.” The Hatch Chile Store rellenos are the best my wife and I have had. Keep up the good work.
By the way, customer service is excellent. We had a problem with a delivery and the Store took care of it quickly!

Ordered some dried chiles and UPS bungled the delivery time, BUT Hatch Chile Store employees responded quickly and politely to my emails, and they touched base when UPS finally found my doorstep. The chiles are in great condition, smell perfect, and I'm ready to start cooking!
