It was a difficult season, I'm sure, and my order was delayed. However, the company responded politely and efficiently with me to keep me apprised of adjusted shipping dates. And the met the promised delivery.

My second 25 lb order of the season, UPS did not fulfill their promise of next day delivery. But the hatch family delivered on their promise, 100% of the peppers were in perfect condition. This family delivers on their promise. They are fantastic..

Fresh, fast, and delicious! True Hatch flavor and not one bad pepper in the lot. It normally takes 2 days for overnight delivery to WA and I roasted them the same afternoon. Fantastic!
