Recipe tip: after grilling, peeling, and seeding, chop roughly and spread on flour tortillas w/softened cream cheese. Chill. Cut into pinwheels, serve with adult beverages.

First time ordering from your company. Took 3 weeks for delivery. I was expecting all chilis to be fresh, actually it was a 50/50 split of fresh vs what appeared to be weeks old chilis. Mixed batch was green and red chilis. All in all, I unfortunately expected higher quality.
