I hate to say that this is the worst chili I've ever had it is not roasted there's no flavor of roasting there's no flavor to the chili it's very blind and not even a little bit mild heat and I am very disappointed paying $65 for a 5 small bags also I requested my refund and nobody was returned to my call do not buy from this store it is not good hatch chili.

I made another phone call the week of November 15th and never received a call back, I then sent an email, again no response, I then filled out a report stating there was an issue with my order which I then received the response that you are out of the mild chopped green chilies that I had ordered and offered to send me the whole roasted mild chilies with a $10 refund or to send me some chopped from last years crop.

This was the worst box of chilies I have ever seen . Very disappointed - they were old , wrinkled and some had soft rotten places . I would think you would either refund me or send me a new box with good chili's , the way they should have been sent to begin with ...

I want to return product for a full refund. Lived in NM for over 50 years. Always bought Hatch. This is the first year I bought on line. The absolute WORST experience with Hatch green chili in my life! Bland, no taste, no heat whatsoever! Not only can I not use this substandard product, I will not because of the embarrassment. My entire family was shocked and disappointed. What happened to your company?
