In our first-ever delivery of salsa from this vendor, one jar (of two shipped together) was found to be unsealed. I notified the store and within 2 days they responded with a message notifying me that they would replace the item. A few days later, I unexpectedly received replacement of BOTH items in that shipment. The salsa is excellent and the customer service couldn't be better.

I recently bought an order of chili Rellenos. The package arrived damaged and the product was at room temperature. I called the company and they corrected the issue. I was pleased with the customer service. I have since made two additional purchases for my family and friends. I highly recommend this chili.
