My order was damaged in transit the postal service was not at all helpful. Contacted Hatch Chile they immediately responded and assured me they would immediately take care of problem and they did so a relief package was delivered the following day. Can’t beat that service.

We have been eating Hatch Chile food for a few years - chili (I use in green chili cornbread), chimichangas, tamales and chili rellenos. We order for ourselves and our son who lives in California, and we are never disappointed. The food is delicious and the customer service is prompt, efficient, and always helpful. Thanks to the Hatch staff for keeping us fed!

I've been buying my green Chile from The Hatch Chile Store for more years than I can remember. I get the fresh during the season and frozen in the winter. Quality is always top notch. I'm always amazed that the fresh show up completely unbruised . Any time I've had to contact the staff the customer service is as good as the Chile.
