Your onions are super delicious but half my onions fell out in shipping. UPS tried to tape the box back up but did a very poor job in doing so. I think The Hatch Chile Store should use stronger boxes for shipping. I contacted Customer Service immediately and will be sending me another box which your staff is top notch. Thank you.
