I am happy! My Medium Hatch Chilies finally arrived in perfect order. I made a big batch of Green Chili and had it for dinner, and breakfast too! Yes, they are expensive, but so easy to use because they are cleaned. Thank you for your wonderful service.

After moving from Texas up to the Northwest availability of Chile was very limited so I started buying all my chilis from The Hatch Chile Store.
I always keep a nice supple of Roasted and frozen Chiles and a nice selection of the jarred Chiles.
All I can say is thank you Hatch Chile Store you not only have great Chiles but you have always been a pleasure to work with,excellent customer service.
