We have ordered fresh hatch chiles 2 years in a row, as well as ristras for ourselves and as gifts. Any time I have had a question, their customer service has been very responsive. The fresh chiles are absolutely beautiful! Not a single blemish on the years batch. We roasted them the day they arrived and the aroma was fantastic. We get the untreated ristras, which make the best Colorado chile! Yum.....

Products are delicious and service is great. We have been ordering their roasted green chiles, tamales and chile rellenos for the past 3+ years. They all arrive frozen; the chiles are packed flat and fit very compactly in the freezer. The bags are resealable so you can just remove what you need for your recipe.
