Ordered a pair. Left pod not charging. Emailed and received a response to say to return to uk address. Did this last Monday and emailed company with tracking number. Followed up with a couple of chase emails. Response received today that due to issues re export/import with China that they have run out of supplies and they have refunded my money including p & p. PayPal confirmation received that money now refunded. Have to expect that when you buy cheap from China there is likely to be some issues but I am happy with resolution.

Ordered on 6th Feb, still no delivery on 5th March 20. Have sent and email but no response. Tracking number does not work. no other way to contact the company other than email. AVOID

These don’t work at all. Only one was working, now the don’t charge anymore at all, which seems to be a common problem everyone is having. They replied to my emails regarding my shopping fast and now i’ve been ignored for day’s with 4 emails sent. The website makes it look like they’re from the U.K. instead they come from china with lengthy shipping times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling that despite emails about poor quality of the earpods - R ear not working- no reply - I ordered 2 sets and both are faulty If I’d have known that they had come from China I would have definitely not ordered them -

Ordered two weeks ago, and the tracking number still states they are in China. They ignore emails. Have now reported to them to PayPal.

Left one doesn't work and emails being ignored! They responded very quickly to my emails before I had a problem. Now I've actually recieved the ear pods and I have a problem, they are not responding to me! Gutted!

Received my air pods yesterday and left one wasn't working, waiting to hear back from support but looks like this is a common problem 😔

Do not go near these - took weeks to arrive and only one work and they don’t reply to emails and I had to get resolution from PayPal and even then I’ve now got to return them via recorded at great cost to me so I’m out of pocket!

My pods arrived yesterday and only one of them works the other is completely dead.. I’ve sent an email but still waiting on a response

Absolute rubbish. The case doesn't always recognise the pods which means the battery runs whilst you're not using them or your device remains connected to them. The volume isn't great. Not tremendously loud even when up full. Dont waste your money. I'm trying to get a refund.

Utter rubbish. Left pod doesn’t work and case lid is loose. Very disappointed. Please advise on how I can return these. Not what I was expecting given the reviews.

Order mine on 9th Feb, still no sign of them. Tracking on the website is saying invalid tracking number. Emailed customer services who has ignored me. Complete scam!!!!!

Appreciate there are currently issues, however i placed my order first of Feb. Quickly realised they were coming from China. Have sent in excess of 20 emails to cancel. They have stopped replying. Paypal case now open. Do not buy!!!!

Ordered these on the 4 th feb no tracking info From the pod store website went to Royal Mail website with tracking number still in China doesn’t hold up what the quality is going to be Wouldn’t let me give a zero rating

Awful product - used once and the left ear pod blue wires snapped BE CAREFUL AS YOU ONLY GET A 30 DAY GUARANTEE. Was told that cannot do anything but offer 50% off next purchase! Poor product and service
