“I ordered a pair of pods for my daughters Christmas present. I ordered at the beginning of December but by Christmas eve they still hadnt arrived. I was disappointed but the communication was fantastic. They profusely apologised & offered me a 50% refund when the pods arrive. They arrived today & my daughter is over the moon with them. Apparently there is no difference between them & her friends Apple airpods. I highly recommend them & think I was just unfortunate with delivery.”
