“I was fed up with self managing our buy to let properties so after being let down by a number of other agents in Bolton, I was introduced to the Purple Property Shop. And I'm delighted to say they were a revelation. The entire team are invaluable when it comes to managing our buy to let properties. They take care of everything from finding and managing high quality tenants to dealing with repairs. They even sort out our tax returns for us. A brilliant service from a brilliant team. If you are looking for a superb management service for your buy to lets, I would definitely recommend them.”

“The Purple Property Shop went above and beyond on the sale of my property. The valuation was set out professionally and clear, Matthew went through every aspect of the fees and services and wasn't at all pushy. Danielle came out to do the photo-shoot, she also measured the rooms and provided me with a 3D floor-plan which looked great! The sale went through smoothly without any glitches thanks to James who is the Sales Manager there. Also viewings were always arranged to suit me best and a lady called Natasha booked them and gave me all the information I needed to relate to their purchasing position. All in all, a fantastic team of experts. Lynne was brilliant too, whenever I wanted a review on my property she provided this along with my own Rightmove Report. Would certainly recommend.”

“I can not tell you just how good the team was. I had been on with anther agent with no viewings in months. I had Matthew out and made the whole process easy to go on the market. The team in the office helped me with everything from fantastic photos by Danielle, my viewing conducted by Sharon and in no time at all, we had an offer. James looked after the sale with a updates of what was going on with the solicitors, all the way up to handing over the keys to the new owner. I could not recommend The Purple Property Shop enough. Top service all round nice people.”

“Never having used an estate agent before,either buying or selling, we were a bit apprehensive to say the least. We needn't have worried. The staff were exceedingly pleasant,helpful and very willing to answer any queries we might have.
