“Purple Property Shop was recommended to us, and we will be recommending them! Can't fault them - they are professional, but very approachable - James welcomed us with a coffee when we called in on a Sunday afternoon to chat about how things were going! We really hope not to be moving again TOO soon, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you everyone.”

“I was very nervous about selling my property, as things have changed so much since I sold my last house (almost 25 years ago!) I was advised by family and friends to gather as much information as possible, before deciding on which agent to use. So, I booked several valuations, but the Purple Property Shop stood out from the rest. Matthew was informative and very professional, but understood my nervousness, which he clearly relayed to the rest of the team. The necessary sale of my house was made so much easier by everyone at The Purple Property Shop, I would recommend them to anyone!”

The valuation was spot on with lots of informative information, Danielle did the photos which were fab. Big thanks to Michael and Sharon for sorting all the viewings out, this was a huge help with my busy lifestyle. Lynne looked after the sale once it went under offer and always kept me posted. 5 star service, worth every penny!”

“I previously had a poor opinion of estate agents (sorry guys) so my expectations were fairly low.... Now I can honestly say that the Purple Property Shop are not only the best estate agents I've ever dealt with but probably the best company I have ever dealt with. I did a lot of research when choosing who to sell my house, I interviewed four agents and I had a spreadsheets full of pros and cons - but in the end I chose with my heart, I just knew instinctively they were the right fit. I could never have anticipated the bumps that appeared on the road to selling my home but James, Danielle, Matthew and especially Lynn helped me navigate them as smoothly as possible. They went above and beyond, and were worth ever penny and more. Thank you.”

“I wanted to sell my home and The Purple Property Shop had been recommended. From the very first call i knew i had found the right agent. They spent the time to listen and knew exactly what i was looking for and more importantly what i expected from them. I did not think it was possible but they exceeded my expectations and sold my house within 24 hrs. What a team.”

“we did not receive a sale memo or even a confirmation email/letter after agreeing to buy the house (despite asking several times) and then suddenly they say the property was 91,000 instead of the agreed 90,000 and we had no way to prove this. this was very stressful for us although it was sorted out eventually. communication was poor overall and we constantly had to worry if things were being done right. they also advertised the property as no chain which ended up being untrue and the lady I spoke to seemed to be aware of this all along which was also very annoying. I would not buy or sell through this place ever again.”
