“Attended the Milton Keynes branch at 5:45pm 6th March 2026 as I was looking to buy a water feature, having found the one I wanted and not finding a section where boxed ones were kept I went to customer services to enquire about buying one if it was in stock. I was informed that everyone from the garden centre had already left to which I replied someone must be responsible for that department to which he said well I guess it's me then (poor attitude) Height then told me that they would be outside, I said but they can't be as its raining and the boxes would get wet and that they must be in the storeroom. He didn't offer to go and check if any were in the storeroom. I then decided to drive to the Bedford interchange branch where the website they had 2 stock. Staff in Bedford were absolutely brilliant and fell over themselves to help and managed to purchase the item. The item was £140 so not a cheap sale but Milton Keynes just couldnt be bothered, shocking customer service in Milton Keynes. Bedford 10/10.”
“After reading the Google reviews, in particular one left by Carol, I decided to share my experience of The Range in Milton Keynes. I do not usually leave reviews, either negative or positive but after shopping here for many years I was horrified by the behaviour of two members of staff, who were mature women by the names of Caroline and I cant remember the other ladies name but it began with B. They are clearly very unhappy at work, but I do not appreciate listening to them saying very inappropriate about their colleagues, including the language their were using. I had my eight year old daughter with me and I can honestly say that I was lost for words listening to them. So much so, I left the items I was purchasing and left the store.”
