“I visited the Milton Keynes store this morning 2nd October. I wanted to buy some compost but arrived without a coin for the trolley. I spoke to a young member of staff (don't know his name) who quickly got me a trolley and then asked if I'd like help picking up the compost and taking to my car which he did. He was really helpful and cheerful, all good qualities for customer service.”

“Went into the Range whilst waiting for DFS to open, had tried to place an order 3 times with them but not once was my call returned. Did not know that the Range did sofas but spotted one that I liked, look after by a sales lady Lorraine, brilliant, not pushy just showed us the sofas and what they did, told us it would be 2 weeks paid and away we. Having just has 2 months of hell with John Lewis and, unable to place an order with DFS I did not have much jhope for the Range. WRONG!! was kept informed of when it would be delivered which was earlier than expected, Texted 1 day to give us a time slot and then again when they were 40 mins. away. If all companies gave just good customer service as the Range has done for us I would be a happy lady. Well done you, will certaily use you again.”
