“I have placed two click and collect orders recently and both times I never got my purchase. I had no confirmation email so I went onto the live chat and gave them my order number, they just responded sorry the order never went through due to a glitch on the system.. Both times this happened! And neither time they contacted me to tell me, only after waiting hours for the go ahead to collect and never getting it - I chased them. Won’t be doing it again. Poor service.”
