“The salesman was excellent from pre order to sale and beyond, more than happy to answers all my questions some of which were probably a bit 'out there'. The tips he gave for assembly (at the pre order stage) were invaluable and made assembly easy as opposed to ok. The instructions were very clear with ohotos of each stage. The product is very comfortable and good value for money”
