“Initially I was unhappy, as joe, as my contact, while initially enthusiastic, left me hanging for advice. But when Chantelle picked up my problem (damaged golf bag) things moved very quickly and to my satisfaction. She was helpful and efficient. Good job!”

“I was impressed with the quality of service I received when I sent my e-bike for repair to the electrical system. I had found no-one in my area who had any idea what to do with it. This Company arranged for the bike to be collected, stored it whilst I was on holiday, repaired it and returned it the day after I got back. Everything is working well. They even noticed the front light was broken and sent me a replacement. The charge was very fair. I can recommend this company.”

“My golf boots leaked after only being worn a few times. I sent you an e-mail and received a reply from Nick Warren. Since then his service has been fantastic in organizing a new pair of boots, which I received on 7/10. His service has been excellent. Thank you Nick. Kind regards. Colin Jones”

“Nick Warren who dealt with my query regarding replacement wheels for my large Swiss suitcase was so professional and helpful. He asked all the right questions to get what I wanted and sent out the parts very quickly and even when it was the wrong parts due to me not being very clear, he completely understood and resent out the right parts. In only a couple of days my worries were gone as I thought I'd have to spend another £75 just because two wheels wore down. Nick is a credit to the organisation and he deserves some recognition for his good work! Thank you Nick!”

“Paid for Next day delievery - Did not arrive for two days. The delivery driver basically could not be bothered. Complained to the company they refunded the difference between next day and standard delivery. Pathetic. Will not use again and advise not to.”

“Ordered for next day delivery. Didnt realise that next day delivery actually meant.. 2 days from now delivery, but give me the extra £5 anyway for the hell of it! NEVER EVER will I use this company again.. I emailed and didn't even get any reply from them. Live and learn.”

Hi Natalie, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments and for your custom. It is much appreciated. I am sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. I do note that you placed your order at approx 4.07pm on the 30th and after the 1pm time we advertise on our site for same day despatch. It was thus despatched the very next day (31st) and delivered to you the following day (1st) on the next day service. I also note you emailed us at 17:24 on 31st and my colleague Nick replied at 02:29 on the 1st to which you replied back to him at 13:30 on the 1st. I hope this helps explain.

“Very poor customer service, as per other reviewers on here I ordered an item and paid extra for Next Day Delivery on the weekend (expecting delivery on Tuesday) - Received an order confirmation email, money removed from my account, Tuesday came, no item, Wednesday.. nothing - This went on until Thursday when I contacted them and they realised they didn't even have the item in stock. They'd happily taken my money and "not realised" the item wasn't in stock or that my order was outstanding. Very poor customer service follow up afterwards, eventually got my money back but took a while. I would avoid if possible!”

“Product went faulty after 1 year, then the company would not assist as it was out of warranty. Asked me to self diagnose the issue, by installing a fuse that blew up on me. Phone staff are arogent and unhelpful.”

“I bought a elliptical 2in1 cross trainer and bike, the order came, but when we were trying assembling the part together, I was missing the pedal hinge bolt ,arc washer, m12 nut, for my rear stabiliser the 2 set of carriage bolts and washers and m10 doomed nut was missing. I thought did they check that every part was there before sending it totje customer obviously not. As soon as I saw that all those things were missing I email them and was told that my email will be reply in the next two working days. Still waiting, I am very disappointed by the after care service. Would recommend buying there. If you don't want same thing happened to you.”
