I ordered a 10' board but unfortunately had to cancel my order. They were very polite and understanding and processed a refund as requested.

The product didn't arrive on the expected date! However the moment I informed them, which was on a Sunday evening! The phone rang almost within an hour, the gentleman assured me it was a courier error, he personally went and posted the item, that arrived on Monday morning. Customer service number needs to be better when finally got through the information that I was given and the help was very good. One bad comment when I got through the person who answered the said we have two choices answering the phone or packing boxs it little bit worrying at £270 a unit and you cannot get through all you get is a giff gaff answer machine with no message on it .

Good service and someone on the end of the phone every time I rang, I brought on Black Friday and my order was a little late but customer service was good ! Board came but plain thought it would of had the evo stickers ?

Ordered a green Hoverboard for my sons Xmas, turns out it was out of stock so I was given an upgrade to the Bluetooth one! Excellent customer service right there.

Ordered my board nearly a week ago Had. Information email back Express delivery paid for three emails up to date no reply very disappointed Will take further Just a update I have now received my board The last gentle man I spoke to did exactly what he said and was dispatched when he said For this I will update I've not Reyes the product as this is a Christmas present

Considering it was black Friday /cyber Monday very promt service and very helpful, I would recommend these and use them again.

What let the service down was it took about 2 wks to be delivered. When I enquires I was promised a free case which didn't get delivered with the evoboard. I'm hoping it will be ok for my son for Xmas .

Arrived very quickly which I was impressed with. My daughter was so pleased and loved the fact it was purple. All in working order...... so far so good. Hopefully I will have no problems with it! Great value for money!!

Granddaughter very pleased with this product although it had a scratch on it when it arrived but it will more than likely get a lot more on it as she uses it

after writing a review on the service of this store and my product i am satisfied that due to the christmas period i may have acted in haste, i have been contacted by the management and have been contacted and asked to return the faulty item so it can be replaced which i have done so, hopefully it will be replaced in the next coming days so my grandson can enjoy the gift we purchased where i will further comment

Very disappointed. Originally ordered a black evoboard online as the red boards were out stock. However, when I looked on Evoboards web site an hour later red ones were available. I immediately telephoned and asked if I could alter my original order, to which they confirmed that a red board was available and would be despatched. The order was placed on the 8th November 2016 (Thursday) and on the following Wednesday 14th I rang to chase up my order as I had received no communication from them. The guy I spoke to confirmed that I had altered the order to a red board. The board arrived the following day, but unfortunately it was black. I therefore rang again stating that the order delivered was black. He advised he would contact the warehouse and ring me back. To date 19th I am still awaiting a respond from Evoboard. Therefore I find their customer service very poor.

Possibly need more customer service staff. Takes 3 days to reply to an email. Sometime no reply at all and your live chat is always to busy and youre told to leave an email address.. Which is pointless because nobody gets back to you. Can't comment on the board yet as it's wrapped up for Christmas

Went to wrap this item today and found that the charger has multiple scratches and appears to be second hand rather than new. The unit itself appears new.

charged £22 for a Saturday delivery which never came and I had to go collect myself. Mo currently looking into this, however appreciate to get an update Thanks Jenna

Ordered board and had a call saying some of the stock had been damaged and would I accept the same model but different colour, which I did. Delivered as promised which was excellent. However when reviewing the board I noticed there were no evo labels, no evo user guide, warranty or anything the suggested that the board had any checks carried out. I was promised that the proper guide and labels would be sent out and that this was a genuine safety checked board. I have still not received anything and have had no replies to emails or when I have rang I get there is no one to answer your call. This has added to my suspicions in whether this is a genuine quality checked board and whether I will get any support if I find on xmas the board does not work as it is a present for my son.
