“I ordered a calendar for 2023. I was given no order number so cannot track my order. No response on the phone. An absolutely useless company. I shall never bother to order another item again.”

“Order the Tragically Maple burger and upgrade to the Wagyu. Burger was absolutely delicious!!! Every freakin' bite was unbelievable!!! My Son had a similar taste experience with his burger. The Onion brings and sweet potato fries were exceptional also. Crisp, hot and delicious. We were completed blown away by this restaurant. Our service was over attentive also.”

“I regularly shop in The Works in the Beacon, Eastbourne. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the shop, there’s always something new to look at and if I need help there’s always someone available with friendly advice.”

“The works is my absolute favourite restaurant, I can go and have a relaxing time knowing I am going to get great food and service. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant to talk to!! Prices are very fair and they always make up for their mistakes and take responsibility! I will keep going back there!”

“I absolutely love the works. They have such cheap books meaning you can save up to 50% compared to shopping at other book shops. Obviously the don’t have as much of a variety but I love this shop. They have a lot of my money!”

“Buy regularly in store and on-line. Mainly craft products. Find they have a good choiceof excellent products at extremely competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate and I have always had quick delivery and items have been well packaged. Good sales too, so you can stock up on some extra bargains. Would recommend.”

“I ordered some Christmas stocking gifts for my children. All original toys I hadn’t seen anywhere else. I ordered at 8pm and I woke up at 8.30 the next day to find my item had been delivered to my front porch. Excellent service. Very impressed”
