“I emailed ahead of purchasing my chosen product with a question and the customer service was 10/10. They got back to me so quickly and were so helpful. Your order was for a handmade item which is shipped from Europe and so they can take a few days longer to arrive. “Bought a beautiful blue wooden rainbow for a friend's new baby, which he can use when he is older to make tunnels and shapes :) the only reason for 4 stars is the box arrived all battered in one corner and as this is a present it's not ideal but not the end of the world either. Doesnt distract from a beautiful product :)”
