“A good gift for a young child”

“I ordered a beautiful blanket but unfortunately the wring item was sent. But the way you dealt with it was outstanding. I was so impressed. It was sorted out in 48 hours. And i recieved my order. Which is a beautiful gift my daughter.”

“Item arrived in perfect condition. Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive on time. Customer services gave refund on postage. Good experience overall. Nice website and choice of stuff.”

“The products ordered were good quality as expected and delivery was very quick. 4 stars instead of 5 only because so many things are out of stock in every category I look and I need to get them elsewhere.”

Hi Steven, thank you for leaving a review. I have taken a look at your order and can see that your tracking shows your item was delivered on the 30th November. The cushions are handmade and we state they can take up to 3 weeks to be received. Please can you confirm you have received your item? We can definitely look into this for you if not. “Bought a beautiful blue wooden rainbow for a friend's new baby, which he can use when he is older to make tunnels and shapes :) the only reason for 4 stars is the box arrived all battered in one corner and as this is a present it's not ideal but not the end of the world either. Doesnt distract from a beautiful product :)”
