I am so disappointed to be honest. My parcel was sent back to bebehive and whilst I did have good communication trying to locate it, once I had spoken to royal mail all communication stopped. I got no response to my email and now have both no product and no refund.

Product good but the cost of postage made this expensive compared to the same product I could purchase on the high street so disappointed

Unfortunately, the cost of postage and courier charges isn't something we can soak up as a business and although subsidised, we do have to pass on some cost to our customers. The original delivery of my purchase was quite fast, but I wanted to return my order which proved difficult and very expensive. There are no return forms or any paperwork so I had to contact customer service and they told me I needed to post it tracked. Including delivery and return it cost me £16 and I have nothing to show for it. It's really expensive when I all got was a walk to the post office. It has put me off using the company again.

Unfortunately at this time we offer free returns for faulty items only and although free returns for all would be ideal, it isn't a cost that our small business can cover at this time. We suggest a tracked service as this leaves you fully insured if anything was to go wrong, however we are happy for customers to select their own preferred service. I bought the silicone snack set, however the bowl and spoon stained within a few weeks even though I washed as instructed. I was very disappointed, however the product itself when it arrived was very aesthetically pleasing and the perfect size for beginning weaning.

I am only writing about the attempted delivery of a child's pram. I filled in the delivery details and the billing details and somehow these were confused (by an autofill I think) so that the first line of the delivery address was followed by the rest of my home (billing) address. Consequently my granddaughter won't get her pram on her birthday and it may arrive up to a week late. I should have checked your subsequent emails re delivery but equally it should have been obvious to whoever was sorting the despatch that the two addresses had been confused. To be fair the person dealing with this, Zoe, tried to be helpful but I was told that I would have to pay another £26 for the pram to arrive at the correct address by special courier.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to check the shipping and billing address of each order, this wouldn’t be something we would be able to pick up on as our warehouse are only able to see the shipping address for security reasons. As mentioned the £26 charge was for the Guaranteed Saturday Delivery you suggested for your parcel to reach the recipient on time. We shipped your parcel free of charge as a gesture of goodwill which we were more than happy to do for you. I haven't received the product yet. So reluctant to rate without having it. I would say receiving an email to say product is dispatched then when tracking order a week or more later to be told by royal mail they still haven't received the parcel is not good

Your order was for a handmade item which is shipped from Europe and so they can take a few days longer to arrive. Lovely shop with lovely toys for children, however, after receiving a faulty item and contacting twice with no response I am really disappointed. I love to support small businesses but good customer service is important, therefore I wouldn't shop here again. Update: Following a response from the shop owner, I have still not been contacted by phone or email in order to resolve the issue.

Great variety of products but upon paying for next day delivery my order didn’t arrive for 2 days. I messaged the Hive and had to chase again for a reply which I felt very disappointed in. I did feel like they didn’t appreciate me as a customer which is a shame as I love supporting small independent businesses.

Unfortunately due to the current situation on occasion our couriers have experienced some delays. Our warehouse have been working extremely hard to fulfil all orders within a 1 day period and unfortunately once collected by our couriers we aren't responsible for their service levels, however we completely understand your frustration and we have tried to manage expectations and refunded shipping paid where appropriate.
