“I love their stuff and it’s all good quality but I had a bad experience this purchase and the customer service was poor bordering on non existent. I was genuinely concerned I would not receive my order as it took a month.”

I have taken a look at your order and can see that one of your items was a pre-order which did take a while longer than we originally anticipated due to customs. “Very complicated to construct the toy. For the price I expected it to come ready made, which wouldn't have made very much difference to the size of the package.”

“The products were lovely, but the customer service let the website down. I mis-read the delivery information on one particular product. I sent an apologetic email (acknowledging that it was probably my mistake) but asking for clarification on when I could expect my order. I received a fairly abrupt and slightly rude email back pointing out my mistake, when a kind reply was all that was needed. Ultimately, it was my mistake and the items were good quality when they arrived, but the whole experience still leaves me with a sinking feeling which makes me reluctant to buy from this shop again.”

“Great product and fast delivery, but was disappointed about the huge box I received for such a small item. Certainly not an eco friendly company but could start thinking about reducing on the packaging and be more mindful landfill waste.”

“Stockings are 10/10 quality. However, they are not quite what I was expecting, they took nearly three weeks to be delivered as they are handmade (which is lovely) but had I known this I wouldn't have ordered them as I needed them sooner. They were also significantly smaller than I expected considering the price.”

Our Betty's Home range is handmade and we do state on our product pages that they take around 21 days to arrive. The stockings should be the size stated on the description give or take a couple of cm's due to the handmade nature, however if this isn't the case we are more than happy to look into this for you.
