“Great variety of products but upon paying for next day delivery my order didn’t arrive for 2 days. I messaged the Hive and had to chase again for a reply which I felt very disappointed in. I did feel like they didn’t appreciate me as a customer which is a shame as I love supporting small independent businesses.”

Unfortunately due to the current situation on occasion our couriers have experienced some delays. Our warehouse have been working extremely hard to fulfil all orders within a 1 day period and unfortunately once collected by our couriers we aren't responsible for their service levels, however we completely understand your frustration and we have tried to manage expectations and refunded shipping paid where appropriate. We value each of our customers and i hope the situations outside of our control have not put you off shopping with us again. Kind Regards Lauren

As discussed in our emails, our team dispatched your order within two working days and the delays experienced as down to three failed attempted deliveries by Royal Mail.
