Tried to email them n was not able to reach them. They give out false customer service websites. Appear to be deceitful n misleading. The pool , rooms and grounds are immaculate and are beautiful. Views of La Concha provide a stunning backdrop to the main pool area . There is a further pool outside the rooms . The restaurant is excellent and the design very eclectic. The music around the hôtel is chilled and provides a great vibe . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone . A 5 star experience .”
