“Ordered Copper pan in January still waiting keep being told "In transit" another company selling them with a 2 day delivery. A refund would be good so I could order with other company. Think maybe this company is a big SCAM>”
“Ordered food stretch covers on 12/10/17 for an intended Christmas gift, was supposed to arrive within 15-20 days. It didn't. Contacted The Clevhouse and was told to wait a few more days, then a few more days, then they were contacting their courier, and now there's no response at all. I've asked for a refund, no response. They've never offered a replacement, although their website states they will replace free of charge. I'm thoroughly disappointed. I paid for a product I didn't receive, received little response and no resolution - this is theft, in my book. I should have read these reviews before ordering.

“On November 8th I placed my order and I paid via PayPal. After about one month I called PayPal with complaining about service. They have sent a message to the shop. I got an answer from the shop with tracking number of package and advice to search by my local agent where my package is missing. A big joke...is package is missing, the sender must search what went wrong. On December 24th I sent (via PayPal) an answer to the owner of the shop asking her to refund the money on my account. Today I called PayPal and now it is not a question between me and seller, but between PayPal and seller and I hope to get my money back. I don't recommend this online shop, you paid, you get nothing and they toll you to search for missing package that was maybe never sent. Looks like thievery.”

The email respondent keeps saying it will be here in a couple of days but can't provide a tracking number because 'it's not yet in your country' which makes me wonder where this company is based? Custumer service is slow and not friendly.
The product itself (a sushi roll maker) is the most ridiculous item I ever ordered, not worth a penny, just cheapest asian rubbish. The iantsruction manual couldn't be read as it seemed to be the 1000the copy of any (probably) original (translated down from taiwanese I guess).

“The CleveHouse is a scam! They claim to have PayPal. They sent a teaser transaction for $1.00 through PayPal which uses my credit card. Luckily my credit card company was aware of CleveHouse froze my credit card account and stopped two additional fraudulent transactions, one of which was over $1000.00.”
