“I ordered 2 sets of Russian piping nozzles - waited nearly 3 months - as I waited so long I no longer required them as they were for gifts. Now I am waiting again for a country code to return the items to get a refund. Jinnie is not responding to my emails so I'm not going to get this in the post within there 48 hours. The packaging was poor with no return address and NO INVOICE anywhere in the parcel. Glad I paid on Barclaycard I will ask them to follow up if no response”
“I waited 3 months for the hose to arrive. The day I received it, it fell apart after using it for 5 minutes (the end of the hose burst off in my hands while I was watering my lawn). I contacted clevhouse for a refund. I was asked for a picture (no mention of the return policy at this time!) I sent a picture and then Jinnie tells me I can't get a refund because the product was delivered more than 48 hours ago?!? What kind of return policy is that? No where in any of the correspondence does it say that is the return policy! It isn't listed on the website. It didn't list that inside the package. Not only is this policy set up to prevent customers from being able to rightfully return items, it is a hidden from the customer. Get this "business" out of business!”
“this company is a scam and i'd advice against ordering from them. I ordered from them a little over 2 months ago and once the order arrived it was defected and didn't work. I emailed them and they take days to reply back and even with reply back emails they aren't honoring a refund as of right now.”

It is now 45 days later and still nothing. This company is a scam in every way. My advice to future buyers: STAY AWAY. There are many other reliable vendors out there.”

“Several issues: The Foody Hug on their website claims to be food safe, BPA free, etc. Well, when my order finally arrived SEVERAL months later, it came in a small plastic bag, from China, with no documentation. So, I'm skeptical, and decide to return it. But, I must pay to have it shipped back to China, which at a glance at my P.O, was going to be over $40 (I didn't feel like waiting in line for an actual quote).”
