We’re sorry to hear about the size mismatch with your order. All returns are made back to the retailer it is purchased from and an email is usually sent when the return/refund has been processed. This can take between 10-14 working days but usually quicker.
We can’t see any correspondence via email to our team, but can confirm a refund from the retailer has been issued today for you.
