“Very disappointed with my treatment, my Barbour jacket I ordered arrived when I tried it on it was found to be too tight so I contacted the supplier namely "Kings and Dukes" said I could return the jacket using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, they assured me a replacement would be forwarded, I promptly returned the jacket on the 5th of January . The package was received by the supplier & a replacement was despatched to me via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked on the 9th of January, I informed the supplier on the 12th of January that I had not received my replacement jacket & still this replacement package/Jacked has not been received by me as at the 20th of January. So today the 20th of January I contacted the supplier hey again & requested a refund
"Kings and Dukes" said they would return my call & guess what No phone call, really bad customer service.”
