Parcel was not in Pudo locker upon collection. Phoned Mosselbay branch, promise was given to send driver to collect and deliver to street address immediately. By 16h00 still no confirmation that the parcel was collected. NO answer at their office phone. Support email was sent out with enquiry. AGAIN promise to deliver by 16h00 TODAY. It is now 17h10 and still no parcel delivered or confirmation that they do have collected the parcel from Pudo locker. This service is unacceptable and poor. It doesn't help your staff is friendly over the phone (when you can get hold of them), promises are made, but NO further communication or kept of promises. It is now then end of day 4! Friday to Monday afternoon.”
“I loved the courier guy pudo lockers but this time I am very disappointed with the service of Hoedspruit office. I reported an issue with a locker sent back and forth email and it took them my frustrations and shouting over calls for them to fix my issues for about two weeks now. I’m highly disappointed”

“This is the second time I’ve experienced poor service from The Courier Guy. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. After calling on Thursday, I was told it would be delivered on Friday. On Friday morning, I was assured it would arrive by 14:00. However, when I called again at 15:30 and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes, I was then informed that the delivery would now only happen on Monday next week.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely frustrated by the continuous delays and lack of proper communication.”
“After packing a TV screen with 10 m of bubble wrap and in a carton box to ensure that it is secure- it arrived with my son from PE to Stellenbosch-my son noticed a paw like dent on the packaging only to find that the RV was completely cracked and broken. I immediately reported it to the courier guy on the 19th of February as requested. They responded to inform.me that the case had been escalated and 3 weeks later- no reply!! The Courier Guy- you should be ashamed of your service. I am an employee of a large medical company and be sure that I will share my shocking experience with their dismal service”
“I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Courier Guy call center and the company overall. I recently received a message from someone claiming to represent Courier Guy stating that I needed to make a payment. Shockingly, this individual had access to all my personal details: my bank, the order I placed, the amount I paid, and more. They claimed the payment hadn't gone through and asked me to repay it.
Upon realizing it was a scam, I immediately contacted courier to report the issue. However, no one at the call center was willing to assist me. Instead of addressing this serious security breach, they simply told me to "send an email."
This experience has completely eroded my trust in Courier Guy I strongly suspect someone within the company is selling customer information. To others, I would advise extreme caution when dealing with this company, especially when making payments or receiving communication in their name.
Courier Guy lack of concern for such a serious matter is alarming and unacceptable.”
