“Unfortunately, the print was damaged on arrival. I appreciated that Customer Service offered to send a new print and frame, even though I told them it was the print itself not the frame. And, unbelievably, they sent another picture with the exact same damage on the print. Which means no one bothered to look to see if any other prints were stained. What a waste of money. In general, the frames are extremely cheap plastic trim and plexiglass diaphanous cover. I was really looking forward to the print to hang up downstairs in our guest room. It's a beautiful piece. Very disappointed. Company could be great if they shipped what they market. I am expecting a full refund and will not use this company in the future.”

“I thought the painting would’ve been on canvas but it was on a rolled up paper. I ordered a frame with the painting but did receive it. I paid $179.00 for a paper photo”

“Delivery took way too long and customer service excuses were tiring. When my piece did come it was beautiful. Go somewhere else if you have a deadline. The wait and excuses were ridiculous!”

“I’m very disappointed in the way the art was printed… I ordered the Vogue print in large and the words are cut in half… The same with the Chanel art work… the top is cut off… I can deal with the Chanel because it’s going in my bedroom… I am waiting for a respond on at least the Vogue picture… It is nice art work but out of six works of art two aren’t cut off…”

“I purchased two pictures of the same item in the largest size that looked nothing like the size of the image that was depicted online. When I requested a refund I was given an address to send the pictures back to that didn’t appear to be in the United States and when I questioned where this address was, I received no response. So ultimately I elected to keep the pictures to receive 50% of what I paid although I don’t know what I’ll do with them. What a disappointment and probably won’t shop here again.”
