I am not impressed with the return procedure well if there is one. I have been waiting now to return a print for at least 3 weeks now.This seemingly is falling on deaf ears.

I haven’t seen my partial refund for the damaged art that was promised to me? II don’t understand why they are still allowed to advertise here and they should show the address upfront so we don’t order long distance and get charged a fortune to send this back. We shouldn’t be responsible if there is damage to the print and it wasn’t painted very well. Looked like it was still wet when they sent it. Not happy want my full refund! I think shopping online is becoming more of a nightmare with all these SCAMMERS!

I was told I would get a refund on my damaged print which it should have been a full refund! They didn’t refund my order for this print that came totally damaged! Not impressed with this so called art!

I invested much more than I had initially intended. The situation deteriorated when I noticed a substantial return on my investment and tried to withdraw my funds. They created several complications and delayed the process, leading me to discover that my access had been restricted. I needed to contact A C T A C T I N V S T/ L/ T D/ ./CO/M/ to ensure my funds were not irretrievably lost, but thankfully, they managed to resolve the issue promptly.

21 days since I’ve ordered my 3 canvases and still haven’t received. Two emails sent to the company with no response. There’s no phone to call for assistance.

J'ai commandé un poster sur toile (image d'une femme sur les toilettes - REBEL). Les pieds de la femme sur l'image sont entièrement coupés et les bords de la photo sont trop rognés. J'ai immédiatement envoyé une photo et tout expliqué en détail durant des semaines et des mois. Je demandais soit le renvoi à leur frais et recevoir un autre poster soit le renvoi à leur frais et le remboursement du total. Ils ont fait semblant de ne pas comprendre et me renvoyaient à leurs conditions générales en me disant qu'ils ne pouvaient pas prendre en charge le retour et ne me demandant quel était le défaut. J'ai compris qu'ils n'avaient pas l'intention d'assumer leur MAUVAIS travail. Et quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lorsque je me suis rendue sur leur site internet et y ai trouvé la photo que je leur avais fait parvenir. Un supposé client satisfait commentait sous la photo! Je ne suis évidemment pas cette personne et ils ont utilisé une image que j'ai prise dans un lieu privé, sans aucune autorisation de ma part. Je leur ai demandé de la retirer. I ordered a painting and received a blank piece of paper. When reached out for a refund they stated “I don’t see anything wrong”. This website is a scam and don’t recommend it.

TRASH TRASH TRASH. Such poor quality. The picture came damaged (after 1 month). They would not accept a return. They wanted me to ship it to... the NETHERLANDS! SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY!!!

Took one month to arrive. The frame was damaged. I wanted to return it because it was damaged and didn’t like the glass, it looks cheap. In order to get reimbursed, you need to return it to the Netherland and pay for the shipping. It cost an arm and a leg so decided to ask for a replacement because the return policy is terrible. Keeping an art that I don’t like and paid $367 for it plus got an invoice from FedEx to pay customs. Do not buy from them.

Received damaged poster instead of the art work that was advertised. Doesn't look anything like in the picture online. Total misrepresentation of the product and the quality, but to mention the delays and damages. You be the judge looking at the picture I took the minute we removed this poster out of the box. Sent them emails requesting a return label but it's been 4 days no word from anyone. Headache and stress I didn't need. Plus they charge a 25% restocking fee and want you to pay for shipping back. Horrible! I will never order from this company again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Fraudulent, dishonest, scam site. Save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM CRIBOFART.COM The photos of artwork displayed on their website is stolen from other artists. You will not receive the art displayed in their photos, you will receive a low quality, poorly packaged and damaged ‘rip-off’ version which takes them 4 weeks to deliver not 7-14 business days. They do not respond to any email requests to return or replace their faulty prints and all forms of communication is ignored after they’ve taken your money. This is objectively the definition of a SCAM.

I couldn't believe i was trick into paying huge amount of money on here by the company, i never know it was a fraud, not until i meet brokerscan.net who decided to help me to get back all that's mine. I'm really grateful to them. Thank you

Paid £120 for something I could of got on Temu for a £8. Painting was on paper, rolled up in tube not mounted like other sites in anyway. Poor quality, waited weeks for this -When I tried to get return and there's the second cstch. Want photos of it unwrapped. It has crepe paper on that don't go back in tube and they want it as it was wrapped. Even if you paid for return postage it would be unlikely they would refund you.

This is a scam website, please don't buy. They don't reply to emails and have no number to call them, no tracking number after 10 days of purchase, I will be going to my CC company for refund.

TOTAL SCAM! PLACED ORDER: they immediately charged my cc, sent a confirmation that my order was received, but did not send an order # or conf. #. After several days I received an Artificial Intelligence email with a bogus order number without tracking, info. I tried to search the order # on your website but was told no such order number or E-mail exists. 10 days later they refused to credit my cc and I am still getting robot emails, saying sorry we cannot locate who you are. BUT THEY LOCATED my cc and charged it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND there is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL. i REPORTED THEM TO THE Better Business Bureau and FBI!!!!

The cheap plastic “glass” cracked and the hook to hold it on the wall came off. A lot of nothing for $200. I feel ripped off!
