“Pathetic service and pathetic painting... I could have bought something similar for a lot less from Kmart... Never buying from these fraudsters again!!!!!”

“Complete rip off company. I expect picture to be least mounted but came rolled up. Paper not brilliant and print poor. Asked for refund as per their policy but not holding my breath. Will issue complaint to Facebook advertising and continue to bother them where I can.”

“I paid $69 for a mounted print but instead I received a rolled up poster of cheap quality. What a joke. Beware before u buy unless you like paying $69 for a cheap poster”

“It arrived and looked beautiful. Right after hanging it, the picture buckled and it looks warped. Very disappointing. Can’t upload photo as system won’t accept it, wonder why.”

“As I noticed here on the website, many people complained about the quality of the paintings, the finish of the frame and glass, which is not glass, it is plastic. I am extremely disappointed with the company Crib of Art. I received my painting with a broken frame, and out of the correct position, in addition to the finish being made of plastic and not glass. I have already sent 4 emails for return and refund and so far, I have not received a response. I even received an e-mail from them asking me for product feedback and I reported my dissatisfaction but no contact. Unfortunately, the company is not concerned with customer satisfaction and, like me, many people suffered losses. I hope that our sincerity here will protect more people from this terrible company that deceives customers and does not respect anyone. I thank the website for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction!”

“Be aware of their service, I ordered with them almost a month ago and still have not received a tracking number for my order yet, at this point I'm not sure if they will ever deliver”

“Ordered 23/11/23 as at 18/1/24 still do not have delivery of. Being del via Couriers Please … hopeless. Crib of Art will not assist only quote tracking no and date collected by courier. NIL SUPPORT. Once they have payment they do not want to know u. Buyer beware!!!!!!!”

“Customer service has been horrible . Placed an order 3 weeks ago , never received any tracking information , then they reach asking for pictures of my drivers license , bills etc . I told them I dont feel comfortable sending that and they state its required. I requested to cancel the order . They refuse to cancel . Do NOT order from this company.”

“Après avoir passé ma commande, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de commande. Près de 3 semaines après je les contacte en demande à recevoir un un numéro de confirmation de commande et en mettant à jour mon adress de livraison puisque j'avais déménagé. Je n'ai jamais reçu de numéro. J'ai juste reçu une confirmation que mon paquet avait été envoyé, mais dans mon ancienne ville qui est à 2 heures de ma nouvelle adresse.”

“Purchased 1 x painting …was ok then purchased another . Had it in my cart on Fri then when I got back to it on the Mon they had changed the price & put it into American $’s. So finally they gave me a disc and I purchased it. They sent it saying they had a delay so instead Aus Post they were forwarding via couriers please. That was 6 weeks ago.. Couriers Please r shocking… lost parcel then I am having huge problems trying to get Re delivery. Tried getting support from Crib Of Art… they do not want to get back to me nor know about it. All I get is they send the tracking no. Never again dealing with them !!!!! Still do not have my delivery and trying to deal with courier virtual asst is shocking !!!”

“If I could give a lower rating I would. When the poster I ordered was delivered with a full inch missing off the design which contained text that was missing making the poster unusable. Their solution was to send a replacement which was an exact duplicate! I asked for a refund and was told they would give me 30%. Ridiculous!! Stay away from this site, scammers.”

“When I placed my order, they promptly withdrew the funds from my account. They never sent a follow up email to say my order was received and being processed. So after 2 weeks of no correspondence I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. It was only then that I received an email from them saying my order was being delayed and they’ll get back with me. That was enough for me, I canceled the order and my money was promptly returned. Not sure how long this company has been in business but I wish them well, this isn’t how I do business!”

“The frame is nice but the quality of the picture is poor. It looks like a person took a picture off their phone or computer and zoomed in to make the photo large enough to fit the frame. The photo is blurry as well. Absolutely disgusted that they would sell someone this! Not worth purchasing. I will never buy from this company again. I should have listened to a review that mentioned the quality of the print looked “stretched out”. But I decided to give them a try anyway. Never again!”

“Not worth it, I paid 159.00 for a rolled up paper picture, no frame at all. Had to pay 238.00 to put it in a frame..never again will I purchase from this company, wished I had read the reviews first.”
