When I placed my order, they promptly withdrew the funds from my account. They never sent a follow up email to say my order was received and being processed. So after 2 weeks of no correspondence I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. It was only then that I received an email from them saying my order was being delayed and they’ll get back with me. That was enough for me, I canceled the order and my money was promptly returned. Not sure how long this company has been in business but I wish them well, this isn’t how I do business!
