“This is a bogus company I order in November 2022 I have not received my purchases good they have refuse to refund my money. I have been chasing delivery since December 2023. I can provide evidence of this information since you can only contact them via email. Unless you want this hassel I'd think twice before ordering any goods.”

“This company is a scam. I ordered a canvas frame and I was sent a rolled up paper with no frame. I paid £149 for it . I contacted them to return and they suggested that I keep the paper and get 30% of what I paid for. Seriously I don’t know how this company is still in service and scamming people daily. I pray that my God take my money off you because it doesn’t belong to you. You will meet people of your type in Jesus name.”

“They are just posters. No frames to put pictures in. Would have thought something better from this as was very expensive. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing again. They are not representing properly the item they are selling.”

“Terrible service. Never received my order and was told it was the carrier and I should check with them. They tell me it was UPS then Royal Mail and cannot confirm which one. Now no response to my enquires. I either want my product or my money back. Neither looks likely.”

“Don’t bother! In my view, these are extremely rude and arrogant people – from my experience, after sales service is non-existent, when you get a damaged or poor quality product or both, they either respond with an arrogant lecture or simply ignore you!”

“Never witnessed such a misleading and careless business. I bought 2 products of this company and wasn't able to return it as there was no return address on it and the customer service replies with vauge and unclear messages. I don't recommend anyone as they force you to keep the art you don't want by offering a reduction of the price after you inform them that you want to return it”

“I ordered 'touch the sky' canvas photo. It looked nothing alike or worth the quality. The customer service was great but when I wanted to return I was offered a couple deals before they told me I have to pay for the international posting. Once I tried to send through customs I was stuck as the company would share a contact number- which is mandatory for sending items through customs. I did eventually return it, but honestly, I wouldn't waste your money purchasing! It's disappointing”

“I ordered 3 pictures 1 small called wonder love online the canvas looked very professional when I got canvassed home it looked as If a 8 year old colored it. Not happy. So I ordered 2 more canvassed and my experience was the same or worse. This company should not be in business.”

“I’ve purchased from this site at the beginning of the year and the quality of work and service has declined severely. The first purchase from This company was great and made me want to purchase more. HOWEVER, the quality of printing and false advertisement is atrocious I went from getting fine canvas to poster boards. When I spoke to customer service they gave the run around as I tried to work with them to fix it. When I requested to speak with someone in charge communication came to a holt. I just wanted to decorate my home with fine art but, the quality went to teenage poster boards one the 2nd order. I will be posting more reviews on other sites to hopefully bring awareness to others that are considering purchasing.”

“I ordered GOLD NOIR WOMAN on canvas. The image advertised has the gold leaf on her hand in the shape of Africa. That shape, is the statement in the image. It's the reason I chose it. The edges of the image as shown on the website are missing from the front of the canvas I received. They're wrapped around the canvas frame; so the image cannot be viewed in full and has significantly lost its impact. I know it may seem like a small detail but not being able to see that the gold leaf on her hand is shaped like Africa ruins the print for me. I've had polite, but banal responses from customer services, but I forsee them simply blowing me off. I am so disappointed.”

“My order had incorrect frames and the prints were unsatisfactory. I requested a refund and I have been offered other deals but not a refund. I am trying to get to the bottom of this but it's impossible; now they stopped replying to my emails. They don't a have telephone number you can call, very frustrating as I spent a lots of money.”

“I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered a premium glass print and paid over $200 usd for it. What I got was MAYBE worth $50. It was not glass, it was plexiglass with four holes driven in the corners. When I emailed them to track my order I did get a response, but when I emailed them more than once for the information to return the product it was radio silence. I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and I feel completely disappointed. My advice is go with a different company.”
