My order had incorrect frames and the prints were unsatisfactory. I requested a refund and I have been offered other deals but not a refund. I am trying to get to the bottom of this but it's impossible; now they stopped replying to my emails. They don't a have telephone number you can call, very frustrating as I spent a lots of money.
