“Thought I was buying a painting ready to hang on the wall , it looks nothing like there advertising it is a paper poster that’s it emailed them not happy wanting a refund surprise surprise no response very bad do not buy them horrible”

“For one no response on my refund if it's been credited back which don't see on my card and also ask about the discount that didn't take and was they able to apply no answer on it. This my second time ordering from u but now I see Amazon had it after this order no more poor customer service . Still waiting for my refund”

“Pictures are a lighter than advertised, one of the photos was wrinkled on the end I'm believing that was due to the delivery service company used as the package was smushed on one end.”

“Our first acquisition was incorrect, but we kept the piece. we ordered another 2 pieces, and they were correct, but instead of placing 1 on top of the other then rolling them up into the cylinder, they were rolled individually placed into the cylinder and arrived creased. Let's hope the framer can remove the creases.”

“The artwork was beautiful but it was not the sizing I expected. I had anticipated wrapping my canvas around a wooden canvas frame but there was not enough excess canvas to do this without it taking away from the painting.”
