Very disappointed as paid for next day delivery and item took 10 days to arrive Tried telephoning you but was asked to email which I did but never got a reply. Item finally arrived and was what I wanted but your Service is rubbish and why did you still charge me for next day delivery? I would not use Gift and Gadget again.

I am very sorry for the delay with your order reaching you. Unfortunately we do have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our orders and I apologise for your order being late. I have refunded you in full for the shipping costs paid. I am also sorry that we did not receive your email. I am unable to find any message in our system from you. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback in order to raise the issue with us. I still would like the item please so can you please send me out a replacement order. Thank you. I am very sorry you have not received your order. Regrettably the tracking of your order has still not updated which would indicate the order has been lost in transit. Please could you let me know if you would like me to send you a replacement order or if you would prefer a full refund? Ordered a game which was out of stock everywhere. Not the cheapest I’d seen but certainly not the dearest either. Free postage made it a competitive price overall. The website stated delivery was due 27th December but not being in stock anywhere I thought I would chance it (could still play over the holidays, if not Christmas Day). However we were delighted to receive my order on Christmas Eve. After placing the order I had read some negative reviews on trustpilot which made me worry but my experience of ordering with the Gift and Gadget store was very positive and exceeded expectations. Would definitely order from them again.

I am sorry for the delay with your order reaching you. Unfortunately the original shipping address given did not have a house name or number on it and this is why the order was returned to us. Please check your junk/spam folders as our customer service department did reply to your messages and the order was resent to the new address given.
