I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. Royal Mail has confirmed that your order was delivered to your neighbour over 4 months ago. I am very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Unfortunately we do have to rely on third parties to deliver our orders and sadly sometimes a package may get damaged. I am also sorry we did not appear to have received your email. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Item arrived in a damaged box, meaning it was acceptable to present as a gift. Still waiting to hear back from customer services having contacted them a few days go.

I received an email explaining one of my products was unavailable and was asked to select an alternative which I did but this product never arrived. Delivery 2 weeks later than estimated when placed ny order. Poor service overall

Awful no communication at all, numerous emails sent to which I had no reply, phone calls messages left again with no reply. Refund claim filed item was sent over 3 weeks late.

Ordered 21st December and paid for next day delivery, still nothing delivered. Phone number disconnects "due to covid". Got one reply to my emails offering me other items, yet nothing delivered a week later nor any replies to follow on emails. No way to get items or money back, garbage. Will have to speak to the bank about trying to recover the money

Absolutely useless company and would it recommend anyone to ever order anything from here! I shall be posting on all social media platforms about this fraud of a company that have taken my money without giving me my items. Everyone needs to be warned about them and never to order from them. The worst customer service and do not respond to emails in a timely manner and when they do they have not even read what was mentioned and did not answer the questions asked. I have not received my items which they have said they have delivered and this was apparently “lost in the post”. I have sent evidence of what I received from them and yet they are not doing anything about it. I’m still waiting for a refund for not receiving my items and as these were presents for friends and family and not receiving them in time has been disappointing. Diane who I have been trying to resolve the matter with has not even attempted to try rectify the situation and the company not even having a contact number makes it even worse. Their website may show cheap items but please don’t be fooled as you’ll never receive them. They are happy to take your money but no communication regarding orders or delays and impossible to get a hold off. Please be warned to never order from here. I am now in contact with my bank to get my refund back.

I am very sorry for the problems with your order and for any inconvenience caused to you. Unfortunately we do have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our orders and I am sorry it would appear that the first order was lost in transit during the busy Christmas period. Sadly when we offered to send the order again we had then sold out of stock of some of the items. Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm therefore we are unable to respond to emails outside of this time. On this occasion as a goodwill gesture you have been refunded in full for the order and please keep the items. Once again I apologise for the delay with your order reaching you and for any inconvenience caused.

Very disappointed with the service from The Gift and Gadget Store. Placed an order (SO1622032) To buy an Aeropress coffee set of items. You would not let me pay by PayPal even though my PayPal is set up and has paid for many other items/presents this Christmas. I had won £25 with PayPal and it was my intention to help pay the order with this cah prize. Instead I had to pay with my debit card. I even messaged you twice and had no repy. Despite being told you would answer by two working days. I also kept getting reminders about placing the order when I already had and bought it. Finally, I tyried to phone you but you were not taking phone calls due to COVID? Soi am disappointed to say the least.

I am very sorry to hear that you had a problem paying via PayPal. You would need to contact PayPal direct to find out why the payment failed. We are receiving many orders where customers have paid via PayPal. Please check your junk/spam folders as our customer service department have replied to your message. I never received my order, was kindly offered a replacement or refund. I replied with request for a replacement, no problem. However I have never received my order still and despite emailing 4 times, have had no replies or correspondence?! ☹

I received a rug that was covered in marks. I contacted the company to get this sent back and another sent out as the rug was supposed to be white! The marks was really noticeable so I couldn’t just make do with it. They offered me 10% of my money back and to keep the rug but can’t really do anything with it so when I told them I wanted to return it and have another sent out I’ve been completely ignored! Will not be ordering from this company again as the products are poor.

Avoid. It’s Theft. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Ordered a birthday present next day delivery in august. It never came. No answer to any calls or emails. 3 months later I have an email saying the products on the way and refunding the ND delivery. 2 weeks later still now sign of the item, even though I no longer have use for it and several emails asking them to refund me.

Very poor. I ordered a skateboard in September for a present, was told I would receive it within the week…..still waiting! Have contacted them numerous times, no response. Had an email last week saying being dispatched with Post Office Tracking, nothing arrived. Have cancelled order twice & requested refund, no response. Do Not deal with this company. Wish I’d seen reviews before I ordered

Arrived damaged and the lights and sounds don’t work, I have emailed several times and after the initial email asking for more information no one has responded and I have chased, which has been over a month.
