“Terrible company they scam you l am waiting months for my system they told me today its delivered but when you look on the website it's still at the warehouse”

“Its been 10 days since my order and I've been asked to review an item that still hasn't been delivered. So far I've received 3 emails; order confirmation, a review request and a royal mail tracking number that doesn't work. VERY POOR”

“Where to start? The price is good but 9 days after the item was despatched and I still havent received it. Advice on the website says please don't contact us until 10 days have passed, which is a bit rubbish if were being honest. Not holding out any hope of it turning up, given the choice again I would buy from another company”

“We have just used the sewing machine I bought for my 8 year old daughter for the first time... It does not work! Worked for around 2 mins, The thread has come out and impossible to re thread from the spool underneath! Really disappointed! My little girl has spent some of her birthday money buying fabric to create her designs and now the sewing machine doesn’t even work!!”

“Not impressed. Can’t even send out an item that is the same as the one in the picture that they advertise!! So don’t expect to receive an identical item to that described or shown. It may be similar!!”
