Dear David I am very sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. We are unable to check an item before it is sent as the product would then appear to be used. I am also sorry that you did not receive a reply from us on your first email sent on 01/01/2020 our offices were closed due to the bank holiday. We have subsequently been in touch with you several times via email and phone. As discussed will send you a replacement when the new stock arrives on 04/03/20 If you no longer want the replacement please contact our customer service department. info@thegiftandgadgetstore.com or 01273 254070 I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused. I still haven’t received my item even though it says delivered. I am disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas present.

I never received the item I ordered from this on-line Store, I am extremely disappointed and I’ve tried to contact them and they’re communication is appalling. I am so very very angry at the way I’ve been treated, I understand there is problems with post, however not even to get a refund is disgusting. NOT HAPPY

Dear Steven I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we do have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our orders and occasionally an item may be lost. I am also sorry to hear that you thought our 5 conversations with you was not enough. I would also ask you to check your bank statement as you were refunded in full. Sold me a used product when it should have been new. I paid £2 less than a new one on amazon. Didn't come in a film packet, the box is heavily marked. you can see where they have stuck new tamper seals over the old cut ones. I am waiting to hear their explanation, i wouldn't recommend this company and would advice you avoid them. I wot be buying from them again.

Big potato games stopped wrapping their products in plastic in their commitment to reducing plastic waste. Very disappointed. This was a birthday present for my nephew. My sister has just told me on the 4 legs at the bottom 3 were broken, there was also a problem with where you but the batteries and it started leaking. She had to buy a new tank on Ebay. She didn't want to tell me about it because she knew I already had problems getting this from you. It was late being delivered. The delivery driver didn't deliver it becaiuse they couldn't find my address and returned it back to your warehouse and then it had to be delivered again. Apparently my nephew cried because he was so excited to use it and he couldn't! I'm really annoyed about this. There couldn't have been anything else which could have gone wrong with this order.

The packaging was completely inappropriate- a flimsy plastic bag. The item was significantly damaged in transit due to this. A simple box or a padded envelope would have been the least I would expect to avoid inevitable damage. Would be unlikely to use again.

I haven’t received my Hex bugs. Meant to be delivered Friday 6th September by Royal Mail. Spoke to Royal Mail yesterday. They don’t recognise tracking order. It is now Tuesday 10th September and gifts and gadgets have asked for my review!

These are not fit for purpose. They do not come out of the moulds so the pops break and the stem holding the ice pop slips out .... very disappointed

Bought 2 of these, on first use,money started deflating almost immediately, the other shortly after and stitching came undone on straps

Having ordered the game twice in error (i had an email saying the item was still in my basket so paid again!) 2 phone calls later and conflicting information i am still waiting for my refund of £19.99 to come back onto my credit card. I was told it would take 5-7 working days and i am still waiting. Shocking customer service - will never use you again or recommend
