I am very sorry for the delay with your order reaching you. Unfortunately we do have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our orders. I can confirm that due to the delay that you were refunded in full. I also see that the tracking has now updated and is showing that the item was delivered eventually. Please keep the item with our compliments. I haven't received my item and can't get in touch due no number at all so I can't even ring to complain. Company doesn't seem legit! Shocking

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I have checked our messaging systems and I am unable to find any contact from you. However now that we are aware of the issue our customer service department have now emailed you to advise your order was left with a neighbour whilst you were out. Delivered quickly but sent wrong item. Tried a few times to organise return to get correct item sent but have had no response to help so stuck with a mug I didn't order. Not great experience.

Wrapped in flimsy grey packing bag. Box all damaged and appears to have been opened before - stickers on box ends all worn and old. Disappointed as this is a gift. Looks like I bought it from car boot !!

Really poor quality, the pool is not air tight so it didn’t hold its shape and didn’t stand first night. I had to pay for recorded delivery for a return (requested on their return form) and have left messages many times about the faulty product for a full refund to the customer services so far I have not heard a single word from the CS team. I would avoid this product and company all together as I still have not got my refund.

I have given one star as I still haven’t received my order. I would have given zero as I have emailed the company three times to enquire but by emails bounced back.

There was no contact information and the only contact method is through their website. After my order not arriving I contacted them through this and did not receive a response. My item has still not arrived and I have no way of following up what has happened. It seems like this company is a scam company.

Please note that your order may have been delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place on your property if you have not received it directly. As such I would advise that you check with your neighbours and any possible safe places. If you are still unable to locate your order then please contact our customer service department direct and confirm the full delivery address. Item did not arrive after 10 days, emails ping back from delivery system (so invalid email address), no response when I emailed using the website contact box. Make sure you pay with PayPal so you can get a refund, or better yet don't order at all.

Bag I ordered arrived dirty with black marks on it. This was to be part of a birthday gift but sadly not to be. I contacted Gift and Gadget store via their online form as there is no contact telephone number on their website. (why???). After 3 days still no response so sent another email yesterday. Only email I got from them was to give a review so this is it. Service is shocking. Totally unobtainable. Hoped they would redeem themselves after receiving the marked bag.
