Very poor absolutely no customer service and never reply to emails. I paid for next day delivery and it came 10 days later and no refund so I bought my item elsewhere and when my item finally arrived Isold it on privately because I probably wouldn't get my money back if I sent it due to no customer service 🤬😡

This present I bought for my daughter broke within 1 week. I emailed the company but no one has helped me with this issue, still waiting a response.

Dear Lisa I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Royal Mail have confirmed that they were unable to deliver to you and left you a card to show which neighbour your item was delivered to. The item I bought is faulty. I have emailed you 3 times and not received a reply. The telephone number registered is unobtainable.

Had a problem with the item I ordered and I’ve still not received a response. The item was a birthday present but as the box was very damaged, I purchased something elsewhere.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can confirm your order was dispatched on 12/03/21 via Royal Mail to the address provided on the order. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days. We do have to rely on third parties to deliver our orders and delays do sometimes occur, therefore we do ask you to wait 10 working days before claiming for a lost package.  The vast majority of packages do arrive within the expected delivery estimate, however we do completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for a package which has not arrived within that time and appreciate your patience.  I am very sorry for the delay with your order and for any inconvenience caused. Very disappointed - purchased this lamp for my grandsons birthday. Since then it's spent more time not working than working as the remote seems to use batteries at a ridiculous rate. I emailed gift and gadget store to query if this was normal, or did we have a faulty product, and could they help at all but I have had no reply One very upset Grandson!!!

This gift has never arrived! I messaged you with a reference number from the post office as the post office lost the parcel. I can’t do anything as only you can as the sender. You paid for track 48!! I would highly not recommend anyone to use Gift and Gadget Store. Worst service ever and the staff do not know what they are doing. I ordered small item for 1yr old birthday gift which was despatch 3-5 days and only to find that it was over 4 weeks late of an item i never received after as was missing by Royal Mail . I understand that under current pandamic delays are possible but no one notified us of the delay and only when we approached we found that the item was delayed than later missing in delivery. On email correspondence the staff replied the same thing each time so you tend to go in circles. It was evident that the staff do not read the emails and respond randomly then you find you explaining everything again you have said 2 weeks ago. The refund was extremely slow. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere then order from here considering the amount time I spent on emails and tracking the item.

I am very sorry you are unhappy with your shopping experience. Unfortunately there was a delay in dispatching your order to which I can only apologise. In circumstances where an order goes missing, we do have to follow a procedure and raise an investigation with the courier. During the time that your order was placed we were using an auto-response reply to emails to advise customers that a member of staff would be in touch as soon as possible. This response was generated for each email we received. Our customer service department is not open at the weekends. I am sorry that you did not receive your order and again apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. I am very sorry that you received an empty envelope. The replacement was sent using more secure packaging. The tracking of your replacement order was showing that the item was delivered and we were therefore unaware that there had been a further problem with your delivery until you contacted us again. I see that you were refunded as soon as we were made aware of the issue. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Not great. One of the Items came in damaged packaging. Not protected at all. The other item was poor quality.
