“Having ordered the game twice in error (i had an email saying the item was still in my basket so paid again!) 2 phone calls later and conflicting information i am still waiting for my refund of £19.99 to come back onto my credit card. I was told it would take 5-7 working days and i am still waiting. Shocking customer service - will never use you again or recommend”
