“Love it but the planet's get caught and pop off at timed”

Dear Nicola Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback and we are very pleased to hear that you love the product. The planets should not pop off. This is generally an indicator that the item has not been assembled correctly. Each planet is numbered 1 - 8 and should be attached from number 1 to the shortest wire to number 8 to the longest wire. “Bought a game to be delivered to my mum for her birthday during lockdown. Quick enough delivery and adequate Comms. Was a little disappointed that I paid 3.50 extra for gift wrap (the game was only 11.99), so a fair proportion of the price and it was just wrapped in tissue paper with a bit of cheap looking gold ribbon tied in a knot. I wouldn't really call that gift wrap and definitely not worth 3.50. The product, however, was as described and I would order again, I just would not pay for the gift wrap now I know what you get.”

“We liked the product and was a good price. Was very disappointed with the gift wrap for £3.50. Just wrapped in brown paper. I ended up rewrapping. Thought it would look a bit more special.”
