Dear David I am very sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. We are unable to check an item before it is sent as the product would then appear to be used. I am also sorry that you did not receive a reply from us on your first email sent on 01/01/2020 our offices were closed due to the bank holiday. We have subsequently been in touch with you several times via email and phone.
