“I ordered a toy with a long time ahead of a birthday. The money was taken and I awaited the toy. It didn't arrive after 10 days so I queried the order. They had not bothered to check that the order had gone through to the warehouse correctly and if I hadn't chased them nobody would have. Then the toy was out of stock. There's no phone number on the website and the phone number on the email correspondence was out of service so I was worried I'd never see my money again. The customer rep was sorry for the poor service but that's no help to me. I did eventually get my money back but I won't be ordering again from this website.”

I am very sorry for the problems with your order. We did send you an email when we received the order to tell you that there was a problem with the stock and we did offer you an alternative or full refund. I am very sorry you did not receive this and I understand your frustration. Due to the current global pandemic our office staff are now working remotely and no longer have access to the company phone line. I am again very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
