“This company routinely breaches the GDPR, by processing personally identifiably information for purposes which require explicit, informed, opt-in consent, without first obtaining explicit, informed, opt-in consent. Specifically, the request for this review. The e-mail containing the request for the review does not meet any of the criteria which permit data processing without explicit, informed, opt-in consent. This company is best avoided, if that's its approach to its legal obligations.”

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I have checked our messaging systems and I am unable to find any contact from you. However now that we are aware of the issue our customer service department have now emailed you to advise your order was left with a neighbour whilst you were out. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Please could you check your junk/spam folders as our customer service department have emailed you to confirm that your order was left with a neighbour by Royal Mail. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
