"Really disappointed. Ordered my son a pair on glasses with prescription lenses for a Christmas present on 2nd Dec. Plenty of time to be delivered before Christmas as the website states. The website allows you to upload the picture of your prescription, which I did. Frames and lenses came to \u00a398 which I was happy with. I then start getting emails asking for more money for different things, prescription, lense thinning\u2026 which I assumed I already paid for. Adding up to another \u00a390! No recommendation for specific thinning for each frame, no mention of extra charges on the website. Really unprofessional. Back and forth with emails regarding this. Ending in the glasses not being delivered until Saturday 4th January! Very disappointed child on Christmas Day. Will also add I had an invoice sent at the point of delivery, no mention of the extra \u00a390 I paid. Avoid!"

Ray Ban and vision express wanted \u00a3248 including the lens and another competitor '$pex4le$$' wanted \u00a3142.92. Theglassescompany.co.uk price was impossible too beat. Honestly this company has the cheapest branded designer glasses you can buy online. Will definitely buy again"
